What this site does

This site answers the first with a free project estimator that produces a ballpark budget range, and the second with a quote request form that sends your project details to contractors in the Lehigh Valley who do that type of work.
How the estimator works
Pick a project type, enter the project size in square feet, and choose a finish level. The tool multiplies broad per-square-foot cost ranges to produce a ballpark range for budgeting. The result is clearly labeled as a planning estimate — not a binding quote. Real numbers come from itemized, written contractor quotes, which you can request on the same site.
